1. Custom Orders
All window treatments are custom-made to your specific measurements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds on completed custom orders once production has begun.
2. Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to begin production on custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced. If you wish to cancel before production begins, the deposit may be applied to a future order within 12 months.
3. Order Changes
Changes to orders may be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. Once production is underway, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
4. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If there are any manufacturing defects or issues with the quality of your window treatments, we will repair or replace the affected items at no additional cost. Please report any issues within 30 days of installation.
5. Measurement Errors
Our professional measurement service is included with most installations. If we measure your windows and there is an error on our part, we will remake the affected items at no cost. However, we cannot be responsible for errors if measurements were taken by the customer or another party.
6. Service Charges
Consultation fees, design services, and measurement appointments may be subject to separate charges. These fees are non-refundable but may be credited towards your purchase if you proceed with an order.
